Why should I use kettlebells

It's simple, Kettlebells work.  Kettlebells can help you to aquire functional strength like no other piece of workout equipment.  The can help you burn fat, and build muscle power.   Of course they are not the only way to accompish these goals, however, it is the kettlebell's versatility that make it such a fantastic tool.  No matter what level of training you are currently at kettlebells can be a part of your regime.  Whether you are a seasoned powerlifter or completely new to exercising.

Kettlebells produce great results ecause of the way you use them.  You do drills with kettlebells, not just workouts.  Technique is key so you work to improve and better your technique and therefore improve the effectiveness of the drill.  The more you practice and do your drills the more you learn how to get the most out of the drill.  You are not just going through reps.  The kettlebell requires your full attention during the workout because of its off-center design.  Unlike mindless exercises like running or simple pushing some weights,  you must focus on balance and control too.   Because of the nature of the drills and concentration it also can help to prevent overworking muscle.  

If you are bored with running in place or climbing a stairway to nowhere, the kettlebell can also provide the kind of cardio workout that you need to keep your cardiovascular system.  Although the kettlebell is considered a "strongman" weight,  it is actually used by many as a way to build incredible endurance and force. 

Kettlebells are also convenient because they can be used nearly anywhere.  Take them with you when you travel or to your office and enjoy the benefits of a Kettlebell training anytime.
